This Privacy Policy explains how Virginia’s Fencing Professionals LLC collects and uses information submitted through the Fence-U website.

1. Information collected

Through the contact form, we collect name, email address, company name, state, and the details you provide.

Through the commercial account application, we collect business name, business type, years in business, estimated order volume, EIN/Tax ID, primary contact name, email address, phone number, billing address, and project details.

Both forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-verification service that evaluates limited device and browser signals to confirm you’re not an automated submission. We also log the IP address associated with each submission.

2. How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, review commercial account applications, support orders, and prevent automated or fraudulent form submissions.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. Information may be shared with manufacturers, logistics providers, payment processors, or service providers only as needed to support quoting, order fulfillment, or business operations.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie as part of verifying form submissions; this is governed by Cloudflare’s own privacy practices. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as a standard part of serving font files.

5. How submissions are stored

Form submissions are transmitted to a secured storage system and are accessible only to authorized Fence-U personnel. Submitted information is retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or maintain your account relationship.

6. Data security

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect submitted information, but no internet transmission method is guaranteed to be completely secure.
